Cantiere Delle Marche Launches “M/Y Babbo” that is the eleventh boat in five years for the yard
Today, 7th of May 2016, exactly five years after the launch of “Vita di Mare” the hull n°1 of Cantiere delle Marche, the shipyard launched Hull n°11 “M/Y BABBO”. Hydro Tec is proud to have taken part in such amazing and impressive growth that made Cantiere delle Marche and the Darwin Class an absolute benchmark in the yacht building industry.
Babbo is the second hull of the Darwin 102’ series delivered by Cantiere delle Marche that has both Engineering and exterior design by Hydro Tec.
As her sister ship “ACALA” she shares with all the other Darwin’s the un-commonly large interior and exterior spaces, the seaworthiness and technical choices usually seen on larger yachts. The exterior features some new elements for a more modern look such as a completely new second tier of superstructures confirming once again the wide customization possibility given by the Darwin class.
The interior layout is arranged with five guest cabins and accommodations for crew and staff up to 7 people, the lazzarette was designed to maximize the storage spaces for long sailing and to stow the owner’s water toys.
